3. User Accounts

• Urban Homes acts as a payment facilitator but is not a party to the rental agreement

5.4 Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except as required by law or specified in your subscription agreement. Rent payments and transactions between users are subject to agreements between those parties.

6. Property Listings and Content

6.1 Listing Requirements

If you list properties on our platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal right to list the property
• All information provided is accurate and complete
• The property complies with all applicable laws and regulations
• Photos and descriptions accurately represent the property
• You will not engage in discriminatory practices

6.2 Fair Housing Compliance

All users must comply with applicable fair housing laws. Discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, familial status, disability, or other protected characteristics is strictly prohibited.

6.3 User-Generated Content

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, but we are not obligated to monitor all user content.

• Listings will result in successful transactions
• Any information will be accurate or reliable

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, URBAN HOMES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Urban Homes and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria.
